Four Cirrus Logic CS43131 DAC chip for detailed sound

The DS20's heart has four Cirrus Logic CS43131 Audio Decoder chip that guarantee a clear, natural and extremely detailed sound. This configuration provides an outstanding signal-to-noise relationship while supporting state-of-the-art formats, including PCM 32bit/768KHz and DSD512 resolutions. Musical details, dynamic shades and natural tones are realistic to the listener.

PLFC Fully Symmetrical Headphones Strengthening Circuit

SMSL's self -developed PLFC (Precision Linear Feedback Circuit) technology provides a fully balanced dual -channel reinforcement. The symmetrical structure reduces distortion and noise while providing sufficient energy to drive both sensitive in-ear monitors and high impedant headphones. The DS20 offers up to 1.5 watts of output power of 32 ohmon, providing dynamic, powerful and controlled speeches.

Third-generation XMOS XU-316 Interface and MQA Support

The device uses the latest 16-core XMOS XU-316 USB processor that provides fast and stable data transfer. The DS20 has a full MQA hardware decoding, so streaming services can be enjoyed by studio -quality music. Multiple USB modes allow you to use DAC consoles (PS5, Nintendo Switch) or PCs, providing a real plug & play experience.

Double USB-C and wide compatibility

The device has two USB-C connectors that provide flexibility when used. The DS20 is easy to connect to a computer, smartphone, tablet or even a game console - all without installing complicated drivers.

Precision clock management and low noise level

The DS20 is equipped with a special clock circuit, which significantly reduces the jitter, the digital timing. This solution results in a clearer, more accurate and more stable sound. The low noise power supply ensures that the reproduction of the audio is always distorted and disruptive, even at higher volume.

Audiophile components and hi-res audio certificate

Only audiophile resistors and capacitors were used to build the SMSL DS20. The device has received the Japan Audio Society (JAS) Hi-Res Audio Certificate, which ensures that the sound played really meets the highest expectations.

Dual headphones output

The DS20 also has a 3.5mm stereo and 4.4 mm symmetrical headphones, so you can easily be used with any headphones. The two outputs offer great flexibility and fully utilize the benefits of the device's symmetrical amplifier circuit.

Built -in high capacity battery

Portability is provided by a 6000 mAh lithium-ion battery that offers long operating time, so it can be all day long music listening without needing to charge. So the DS20 is ideal for traveling, work or listening to home music.
