Sirató Ildikó - A Hungarian színjátszás short history

This volume tells the story of Hungarian acting, as preserved by our common memory, and also a little scientifically, as historians remember it. We are curious about the history of this branch of art, looking for the roots of our experiences today, and meanwhile so many things come to mind ... We can all experience what researchers put it: acting is the most complex branch of art, and theater is also a social forum. Theater is part of our culture, a reflection of our personal and community life. But the path taken by Hungarian acting and its audience from the 18th century to the present can be shed light on. Clinging to the chains of secrets and connections, we can move together, sometimes wandering from the old to the present-day actors and performances.
