For best performance - intensive level with automatic switch-off

Steam suddenly rises from the pan and spreads around the kitchen - a common, transient phenomenon. In this case, the intensive level is immediately activated with an automatic switchback at the highest fan power - and automatically resets as soon as the steam phase of the cooking process has ended.

With the "Intensive" setting, the fan power increases for a short time, especially in the case of strong kitchen steam, and automatically decreases after 6 minutes.
