Shelly PLUS H&T GEN3 is the new 2024 GEN3 version of the popular H&T PLUS sensor.

With a battery life of more than 1 year, the Shelly Plus H&T GEN3 ensures that you are always aware of the temperature and humidity in your home or office. With a faster processor and double memory, Shelly Plus H&T GEN3 monitors even the slightest change in conditions (even a 0.5 degree temperature or 1% humidity change) and helps prevent drying out or mold while providing comfortable conditions in the room. Compared to its predecessor, its display shows the time in addition to temperature and humidity data.

Shelly Plus can be powered by H&T batteries (requires 4 AA batteries for operation) or mains charging with a USB-C charging cable. In the case of battery operation, the manufacturer promises the Shelly Plus H&T an operating time of more than 1 year, thanks to the super energy-saving e-paper display. The Shelly Plus H&T is also equipped with a Type C USB port, during operation it reports the newly measured data more often, up to every 5 minutes.

The device with a minimalist, yet modern design is a decoration of every office and apartment, and with its help you can monitor the humidity level and temperature of the rooms not only in the Shelly app - even remotely via the Internet, but also on the screen on the spot. And of course, we can still build automations on the data and intelligently control other Shelly devices.

It connects directly to Wi-Fi, no wiring or hub / central unit is needed to use it. Thanks to the ESP-Shelly-C38F chip - like other Shelly Plus GEN3 devices - it can be paired with the phone via Bluetooth in seconds.

The measured data is stored in the free Shelly Cloud that comes with the product for 1 year, and the data can be viewed and downloaded in the also free Shelly smartphone app.

The product is delivered without batteries.

Gateway functions:

Its predecessor uses an ESP32 chip, but the Shelly Plus H&T GEN3 is already equipped with the ESP-Shelly-C38F chip. Like its predecessor, the device also supports Wi-Fi + Bluetooth protocols. It also includes a Bluetooth gateway, it can also function as a Bluetooth receiver/gateway for Shelly's new generation Bluetooth sensors and Bluetooth remote control. It also includes a Wi-Fi repeater (Wi-Fi signal repeater) function, which, when turned on, transmits a Wi-Fi signal to Shelly devices installed further away - as a kind of Wi-Fi mesh.
Thanks to the new chip, Shelly GEN3 devices have also been prepared for Matter compatibility, so we can be sure that we are buying a future-proof device for Shelly GEN3 devices.

Bluetooth pairing:

It is paired with a phone, like other second-generation Shelly Plus and Pro devices, using the Bluetooth protocol, simply and quickly.

Controlling the temperature at home has never been easier! Just connect the heater to a Shelly Plug or Plug S smart socket and use a scene to automate the switching on and off of the WiFi socket on the Shelly Plus H&T data sheet.

Plus H&T GEN3 + Plus 1

Avoid high humidity and prevent the formation of mold by connecting your bathroom or other fan to a Shelly Plus 1, and with the help of a scene, based on Shelly Plus H&T data, you automatically turn on the fan at a specified humidity value.

Plus H&T GEN3 + Plus 2PM

One of the reasons for heating up the apartment in the hot summer months is the direct sunlight entering through the windows. Set the Shelly H&T to the maximum temperature and ask the motorized shutter control Shelly Plus 2PM to close the shutters.
