The Shelly Plug S Gen3 is one of the smallest Wi-Fi smart sockets, a product of Shelly released in 2024. It's so small that you won't even notice it when you plug it in. Thanks to its small size, one Shelly Plug S Gen3 can even be plugged into sockets next to each other. Since this is a Plug&Play product, it is very easy to set up, it only takes a few minutes: you just have to plug it into an outlet and pair it with the free Shelly Cloud smartphone app, and you can use it after pairing.

Despite its small size, up to max. Consumers with a power of 2500W can also be controlled with it, and with the help of its built-in consumption meter, we can also monitor the power consumption and consumption of the controlled electrical consumers!

Moreover, the LEDs on the Plug S Gen3 socket version not only indicate the on/off status, but the socket can also be set so that the LEDs light up in different colors based on the level of current consumption. But we can even turn off the LEDs if they bother us, for example in the bedroom. But the LEDs also support night mode, they can be set to shine at a lower brightness at night, or to provide a signal light by emitting a stronger light at night.

Pairing with the mobile phone app in the Plug S Gen3 is already done using Bluetooth in seconds, and at the same time, after connecting to the WiFi router, you will see the status of the outlet from a distance, you can turn the outlet on/off (and the electrical devices), and numerous (up to max. 50) timers that work offline are also at your disposal. You can control a wide variety of electrical devices with it, you can even control a floor lamp with a socket, even in home simulation mode, so that the outside world can see that you are at home every night.
