The Shelly Blu Button TOUGH is a Bluetooth remote control that can be used for local wireless remote control of one or more Shelly devices. It is compatible with Shelly Plus and Shelly Pro series devices, as they already have a Bluetooth chip. Shelly uses encryption to communicate with remote devices.

If there is no Shelly Plus or Shelly Pro serial device in the system, then the Shelly BLU Gateway can also be used as a gateway for the remote control.

The Shelly Blu Button TOUGH With its help, you can turn on/off your Shelly devices, or even activate Shelly Scenes (scenes, smart controls), so you can control several devices at the same time with the push of a button.

This design is IP 65 certified and in addition to being dust and drop resistant, it is also impact resistant thanks to the rubberized outer cover.

Different types of controls can be assigned to different types of button presses (short, long, double and triple presses), for example, with one press of the button you can turn on/off the light, with a double press of the button you can control the blinds, with three quick presses of the button you can turn on a fan, and with a long press of the button you can turn off all the lights .

Given that it uses local remote control, it provides lightning-fast control for controlling Shelly devices remotely. Connection to the Shelly cloud via the Shelly Plus and Pro devices or the Shelly BLU Gateway is also ensured.

Thanks to its small size, you can even put it in your pocket so that it is always at hand. The device works with a button battery and thanks to Blueooth Low Energy, it can operate with a long battery life of up to 2 years.

According to the factory specification, we can expect a range of 10 meters indoors and up to 30 meters outdoors (in an obstacle-free environment).

Shelly Blu also introduces the beacon function to the world of Shelly smart home devices: automations created based on the current position of the device enable a kind of presence-based control, building on this, RSSI-based scripts and scenes can also be created based on the location in the house.

The Shelly Blu Button also offers full compatibility with the new BTHome Home Assistant protocol.

With the built-in "Find me" function, it can give a light and sound signal so that we can easily find it.
