Mouthguards/mouthguards are used in many combat sports as mandatory protective equipment, as well as in other contact sports where blows to the head can be intentional or accidental (e.g. baseball, ice hockey, American football, etc.) /value ratio. Preparation steps:

- Boil clean water in a suitable container, then wait until the water cools down a bit (approx. 70 Celsius)!
- Put the gum in this water for no more than 25-30 seconds so that the material softens!
- Take the softened gum out of the hot water with a spoon and put it in the cold water for a moment. This is essential so that the device does not cause burns in the mouth.
- Place it on your upper teeth and close your mouth, i.e. bite on it. Adjust it from the inside with your tongue and from the outside with your fingers to achieve a perfect fit.
- The mouth guard takes its final shape and strength after about two minutes, do not take it off until then.
- Rinse the finished gum thoroughly in cold water. Repeat this step after each subsequent use.

Cleaning:

Always wash it after use and store it in the box it comes with!

Warning:

Improper preparation can cause burns and is dangerous! Children and adolescents should only prepare the product with the active help and supervision of an adult.
To avoid infections, never lend your gum!
It cannot be worn together with braces!
