The flagship of the Salente brand left nothing to chance, and fitted this model with metal gears, which, unlike cheaper competing models, are long life and extremely abrasion resistant. In addition, metal gears, unlike cheaper nylon gears, resist the high operating temperature and do not deform over time. It operates quickly and evenly throughout the engine's life.

Prepares processed meat for any food

The new Salenta Metaplus can grind meat for hamburger, Bologna spaghetti, lasagne and sausage. Simply select one of the three grinding discs for different meat grinding delicacies. Three discs are available from 304 stainless steel with sanding openings 3, 5 and 8 millimeters in diameter. ´

Digital touch screen

The highlight of the Salente Meatplus is the touch screen digital display as it knows from the high -end hob, where you only need to pull your finger slightly left or right and set the speed immediately. This control method is not only very modern and elegant, but also fast and, unlike conventional mechanical controls, guarantees a long life. You can imagine - your hands are covered with meat and fat, and you need to quickly and reliably control the speed and thus the grinding speed. Then just wipe the display with a damp cloth and you're done.
