With the DA 1050 dehydrator, fruits, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, meat or fish can be preserved in a particularly gentle way. During the process, the moisture is gently removed from the food, while most of the vitamins, minerals and fibers remain. The result is 100% natural, without additives or preservatives. It can be used to make fruit slices, vegetable chips, dried fruit, beef jerky (dried meat), but also homemade pet food or beautiful natural decorations.
