The Rojeco SSPWF-310B is a replacement filter for pet fountains. Its multi-layer construction removes pet hair, fine debris, unpleasant odours and certain heavy metals from the water. The filter cartridge combines non-woven fabric, ion-exchange resin, activated carbon and a sponge layer, with each material handling a different stage of filtration. This helps keep the water cleaner, reduces visible debris and can improve the taste, encouraging your pet to drink from the fountain more often.

Four filter layers work together: the non-woven fabric and sponge catch hair and larger particles before they circulate through the fountain. The ion-exchange resin helps reduce heavy metal content and softens the water, while the activated carbon absorbs odours and some contaminants. This multi-stage approach filters more thoroughly than a single layer.

The manufacturer recommends replacing the cartridge roughly every two to four weeks, depending on use and water quality. Before first use, soak the filter in water for about five minutes, then rinse it under running water for around 30 seconds. The filter measures approximately 88 × 40 × 23 mm and is designed for the Rojeco SSPWF-310B fountain.
