RODE SC15 premium flat-profile shielded USB-C - Lightning connection cable 30cm

The RØDE SC15 is a high-quality, 30 cm long USB-C - Lightning connecting cable, which is suitable for connecting microphones with USB-C output to MFi (Made For iPhone) capable devices (iOS devices) with Lightning input.

The SC15 cable has a flat cross-section, and a thickened part on the upper side of the right-angled USB-C connector is used for stable fixing in the cable guide openings. The purpose of this is to prevent the annoying hanging and movement of the cable during use. Cable routing holes can be found on some microphone suspensions (eg VideoMic NTG) or on some microphone holders (eg SM7-R and DCS-1).

The cable is specifically, but not exclusively, suitable for transmitting the audio signal of the RØDE VideoMic NTG microphone via the USB-C output. Older VideoMic NTG microphones require a firmware update to achieve MFi compatibility. The latest firmware version can be downloaded here: VMTNG firmware.

Attention! The SC15 cable is not suitable for charging iOS devices, nor for data transfer or synchronization!
