The Rice Up protein stick is a cookie-style snack with a creamy filling, packed in a 40 g portion. It is built on milk protein, which makes up around 30% of the recipe, and is coated with a chocolate glaze of about 20%. The filling is flavoured to taste like a cream cookie.

The bar also contains hydrolysed collagen peptides from beef, along with soluble fibre in the form of polydextrose. Maltitol is used as a sweetener and steviol glycosides serve both as a sweetener and as a prebiotic. Other ingredients include high-oleic sunflower oil, cocoa butter and vegetable glycerin.

It makes a small snack for between meals or on the go. The product may contain traces of soy and soy-derived products, so people with soy allergies should check the label.
