This DIN-rail mounted smart energy meter provides dynamic load balancing (DLB) for compatible electric vehicle chargers. The device continuously monitors the property's power consumption and regulates charging output in real time.
It works with both single-phase and three-phase electrical networks. It helps prevent the main fuse from tripping during peak periods and, in solar systems, automatically directs surplus generated energy into the vehicle's battery.
Installed in the distribution cabinet, the meter communicates with the charger via a radio frequency connection, so no separate data cables need to be laid between the two units.
