The Rain Bird WPX battery (autonomous) Irrigation controller can not be installed on a network voltage (230V), valve or surface as it is completely waterproof (IP68). There are 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 zone variants between the exports. Waterproof casing and double sealed battery compartment provides long lifetime. Two 9 V batteries can operate irrigation control for more than two years.
