In 33 interesting and instructive cases, we can follow the medical history of 33 patients, considering the diagnostic and therapeutic tasks, considering the differential diagnosis possibilities. Through a series of questions formulated in the case of a specific patient, knowing the results of the performed tests, by formulating and answering new questions, the reader can effectively master the steps of problem solving ("problemásaid learning").

This collection of cases was compiled by the specialists of the Semmelweis University Neurological Clinic on the basis of electronic educational material prepared for medical students, taking into account that similar cases often occur in the practice of family medicine, so it is worth summarizing the cases and problems in the form of a book. The editors of the volume, Dr. Csaba Ertsey and Prof. Dr. Dániel Bereczki, intend that the way of thinking presented in relation to each case, the acceptance or rejection of the options that arise, and the justification of the decisions will also help those involved in everyday patient care.
