These are complemented by the white willow used in folk medicine and the Curcuma longa (turmeric) extracts used in Ayurveda, which contribute to maintaining the health of the joints. Boswellia serrata (Indian frankincense) extract contributes to keeping joints flexible. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen and thereby to the maintenance of the normal condition and function of bones and cartilage. Proenzi Intensive also contains a patented absorption-promoting ingredient (BioPerine® - black pepper extract), which can increase the absorption of certain vitamins, minerals and other ingredients by up to 80%.
