    Ingredients: wheat flour (BL55), iodized salt, sugar, yeast, drinking water, coconut oil

    The large-grained crumbs made from panko bread can be used for several types of food. It is also an excellent choice for replacing breadcrumbs. It consists of fibrous, dry flakes and is characterized by a neutral taste. It also absorbs less oil than the crumbs we use, the food is crispy and lighter, and its calorie content is also lower. The surface of the bread is crispy, golden yellow and very attractive.

    There are two types of panko: white and brown. For the white version, white bread is used without the crust, and for the brown version, wholemeal bread with the crust is used. A favorite ingredient in Japanese cuisine. The current panko crumb product is white.
