    This Japanese matcha is a finely ground green tea made from 100% matcha powder, produced using traditional Japanese methods. It offers a rich, silky and gently sweet flavour, making it a good choice for those who want to enjoy the classic Japanese tea ceremony experience at home. The powder has a fresh, vibrant green colour and can be prepared in many ways.

    The tea plantation supplying this matcha is currently in the conversion period to organic farming. Cultivation already meets organic standards, but the official organic certification will only be granted after around two years due to strict Japanese regulations.

    Allergen information: the product may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts and sesame. Per 100 g it provides 1356 kJ / 324 kcal, 38.5 g protein and 22.6 g fibre.
