Phillip Barlag - Evil Roman császárok

Absolute power corrupts me completely. A whole host of outraged sadists and ignorant egoists terrorized the people of Rome in ways that baffle modern reason.

Some of the Roman rulers were murderers, others were tyrants, and still others were madmen. Some are all three at the same time.
This book was created with the goal of creating a list that can provoke debate. Who was the worst? But by the time we get to this ranking, you, the reader, can already become an expert on the subject and draw your own conclusions. That's what makes this all fun. But first we need to set the stage for this performance. We must begin at the beginning of the beginning, with the creation of Rome, when an entire city was based on treachery and murder, foreshadowing the horrors that followed. - Phillip Cave
