4 liter removable water tank

By removing and replacing the water tank, you can easily switch between 2-in-1 and air-purifying only mode. The water tank, designed for easy use, has a capacity of 4 liters, thus reducing the frequency of refilling. Refilling the water is easy, as it can be done from above, without opening the lid.

Particularly quiet operation

It's quieter than a whisper in sleep mode at just 15dB(A) and automatically turns off the lights and display. In automatic mode, it reduces the noise level to a minimum by intelligently adjusting the operation.

Up to 99.9% virus removal

Captures aerosols, including those that may contain viruses that cause respiratory disease. Removes up to 99% of bacteria and viruses (e.g. H1N1, HCoV-229E and EV71) based on an independent third-party test.

Removal of harmful gases

The modernized filter system with a specially treated active carbon layer quickly breaks down formaldehyde into harmless substances in 0.1 seconds. It quickly removes 99% of formaldehyde at a rate of 335 m3/h (FCADR), which is 10 times better than untreated solutions. It also effectively eliminates harmful gases such as ammonia (NH3), hydrogen sulphide (H2S) and volatile organic compounds (TVOC), which are responsible for unpleasant odors such as pet, toilet and human odors.

NanoCloud technology

Compared to ultrasonic humidifiers, NanoCloud technology reduces the number of bacteria by up to 99%. Using natural evaporation, it creates water vapor consisting of invisible, nano-sized molecules, preventing the spread of bacteria and the formation of white dust in the room.

AeraSense air quality sensors

The professional AeraSense sensor thoroughly scans the air 1000 times per second for harmful pollutants and intelligently selects the most optimal setting. It displays the air quality in real time, showing the level of allergens, PM2.5 and humidity.

Automatic humidification

Fast humidification, up to 650 ml/hour. It senses and automatically adjusts the humidity to the desired setting. The humidification function turns on or off as needed to achieve the desired humidity level.

NanoProtect HEPA filtration

Only Philips air purifiers have NanoProtect HEPA filtration, which removes 99.97% of particles as small as 0.003 microns using activated carbon and a pre-filter (3). NanoProtect HEPA technology not only traps pollutants, but also attracts them with an electrostatic charge, so it cleans up to 2 times more air than traditional HEPA H13 filtration, with higher energy efficiency.
