Use:
1. Take the foot mask out of the bag.
2. Carefully cut off the top of the sock approx. 0.5 cm below the closure.
3. Put the socks on your clean and dry feet.
4. Adhere the top of the sock with the included self-adhesive label.
5. Relax.
6. After 20 minutes, take off the socks and massage the remaining product into the skin.
