Márton Loboncz, an architect now living in Budapest, left the small town in Transylvania where he grew up a decade ago, but after the death of his mother, he decides to look for his long-lost father, who was released from prison. While searching for the father's traces, not only the hidden, silent stories of the fate of the parents and grandparents arise from the 1970s and 80s of the Romanian dictatorship, but he has to face the fact that the all-consuming hatred, like a faulty gene, is inevitably passed on in his destiny.
