Intelligent combined preparation gives excellent results faster. Gourmet dishes can be prepared in a new way in the microwave combined with the grill and steamer.

Automatic preparation

You can start cooking quickly with the Automatic preparation function. Just select Auto in the menu, set the weight of the food, press the Start button and the DS596M will adjust the required power and duration.

Inverter technology

Older microwaves have the power either fully on or off. The Panasonic inverter technology, on the other hand, makes the food more even, well-done and tastier with gradually adjustable power.

Turbo cooling

The Panasonic inverter technology not only prepares food more efficiently, but also enables the Turbo Defrost function, with which deep-frozen food is quickly defrosted.

Panacrunch – more delicious

With the combination of the top heating and the microwave-heated Panacrunch pan, the food is cooked quickly and evenly, without turning it over and over. During preparation, the escaping fat is channeled through the grooves of the baking sheet, creating food that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Flat base - more space

The Panasonic DS596M replaces the older rotating tray with a much simpler flat base, creating 29% more space in the microwave, thus enabling the use of dishes of any shape.
