      The Panasonic DMW-DMS1E is a compact, wireless digital directional microphone that connects directly to the camera's hot shoe. Its 10 mm large-diameter microphone element delivers excellent sound quality and offers six selectable directional modes, allowing flexible recording styles in a wide range of situations.

      Built-in noise reduction technology effectively filters out ambient sounds during both indoor and outdoor recordings. The new wind noise reduction system records in 32-bit float format, so good audio quality can be achieved even in strong wind. Internal vibration damping and a floating mount system minimise noise caused by handholding or walking.

      Weighing just 100 g and measuring approximately 63.7 × 45.0 × 73.7 mm, the microphone is easy to carry. Physical switches allow intuitive operation. A windshield cap and carrying case are included in the package.
