ORAL-B MD20 Professional Care OxyJet oral irrigator 2 nozzles in different colors

The Oral-B MD20 ProfessionalCare OxyJet is a mouth shower that mixes water and air and pushes them out together, creating millions of micro-bubbles. These are designed to target bacteria in plaque. Used alongside a toothbrush, it is intended to reduce gum bleeding and help prevent gingivitis.

The unit uses a spiral water jet that reaches below the gumline, and a gently pulsating, one-directional stream for precise rinsing of food debris. Water pressure is adjustable via a regulator, and the tank holds 600 ml. A pressure sensor, a 30-second professional timer and a refill indicator light support everyday use.

Two differently coloured nozzles are included, which makes it easy to share the device or keep attachments separate. It runs on mains power and weighs about 800 g.
