Usage:
- Sit still for at least 5 minutes before starting the blood pressure measurement!
- Place your left hand in front of you on a flat surface such as a table or desk!
- Place the wrist strap in such a way that you can clearly read the LCD display of the blood pressure monitor!
- Place the wrist strap on the bare surface of the arm 1.2 cm above the elbow!
- Place the wrist strap at the same level as the heart!
- Make sure the wrist strap is not too tight and not too loose!
- Do not move your arm during the measurement!
- Measure your blood pressure on the same arm!
- Take a measurement at the same time every day!
