Óföldeáki kapia pepper lunghi 300 g

These Óföldeák Lunghi pasta spirals, 300 g, are made from Kápia pepper purée and have a pleasantly sweet, fragrant flavour. Their natural reddish tint and gentle paprika taste give dishes a Mediterranean character.

The pasta contains around 30% vegetable content and is made without additives. According to the manufacturer, Óföldeák's fermentation and drying process gently preserves the antioxidants and natural colour of the pepper. The product is made in Hungary and carries HACCP certification.

The manufacturer states a low glycaemic index, so the pasta can also be eaten by people with diabetes. Ingredients include durum wheat semolina, Kápia pepper, soft wheat flour, Parajd salt and smoked paprika.
