    Manila coconut oil is a healthy, easy-to-use substitute for traditional cooking oils, and it is now also available in our country at a good price. Manila natural coconut oil is free of additives, NOT hydrogenated, does NOT contain cholesterol, and does NOT contain trans fats. About the packaging: Manila Premium Coconut Oil is our own brand, which the manufacturer produces exclusively for us, in bags, in accordance with quality standards. The oil is fresh, clean - still liquid - as soon as it comes out of the refinery, it is put into its final packaging, and is immediately shipped and finally to the shops. So it will reach you in the shortest possible time in the cleanest and freshest possible, pristine condition. On the other hand, other products are often sent to Europe through wholesalers, who deliver them in barrels or bags of several hundred liters, store the oil, which has now solidified into fat, and sell it on to domestic traders who HEAT it to a liquid consistency and then REPACKAGE it on a retail scale. These products have therefore been reheated at least once so that they can be handled and repackaged, i.e. they have already been used before they even reach your kitchen. We are not saying that repacking is not done in clean conditions, nor are we saying that heating would seriously harm the oil. We only say that we only believe what we see with our own eyes and what can be verified with measurement data. To produce the oil, our producer buys coconuts from family farms and plantations where members of local communities do the work, thus giving them a livelihood and a future year after year. Although the raw material of our product comes from the plantations of small rural communities, both we and our manufacturing partner firmly believe that every step of the production process must be carried out in accordance with the highest possible quality expectations. Manila oil is produced in one of the most modern factories in the region and undergoes strict quality assurance and food safety checks before reaching the tables of European users. It is most important to us that our product does not contain any fungal toxins (aflatoxin) or harmful compounds (PAH), which is why SGS, the world's leading quality control, testing and certification organization, regularly checks our products (www.sgs.hu). The production technology is a purely physical process, so all the positive properties of the coconut remain in it, without adding any controversial additives to the oil, which would eventually end up on our plates. After harvesting the coconut palms, the ripe coconuts are washed, chopped, and the resulting "copra" is cooked using steam technology and further ground until it becomes a very fine powder. The oil is pressed from this grind, which is filtered in the next step, then heated to more than 200 degrees Celsius, so that all remaining physical and chemical impurities are evaporated from it, this process is called refining. The oil obtained in this way is a colourless, almost water-purity liquid that can be consumed by itself, with a pleasant taste and a slight coconut smell. Food made with it is light, does not burden the digestive system and retains its own aroma. In Southeast Asian countries and the USA, coconut oil has been known for many decades and is loved among vegetable oils due to its extremely beneficial health effects. Without going too deep into the technical details, we list some of the beneficial and even beneficial properties of Manila coconut oil: due to its high thermal stability, it only burns at extremely high temperatures compared to other oils, because of this it does not have an unpleasant smell when frying and therefore protects us from the intake of unhealthy carcinogens, positive due to its effective saturated fatty acid content, it reduces cholesterol levels, it is processed by the body directly in the liver, therefore it provides an immediate ketone energy source for the brain and cells, it has a high lauric acid content, just like breast milk, it contains valuable lipids, compounds rich in vitamins and minerals, which is a great moisturizer and makes it a skin care product, it also filters out some of the harmful UV rays, a perfect ingredient for making homemade soap. Finally, we would like to clarify some positive health facts about coconut oil. It is true that it consists of more than ninety percent fatty acids, but these fats are completely different from cooking oils with negative effects, typically of other animal and plant origin (sunflower, pumpkin seeds, hemp, olive, rapeseed, etc.) containing harmful industrial omega-6 unsaturated fatty acids . Countless studies have been conducted worldwide on the positive health effects of coconut oil's saturated fatty acids, which are important for the human body. Coconut oil loses its fluidity below 25 degrees Celsius, takes on a thicker consistency, and solidifies, but this change has no effect on the quality of the oil, it will be easier to store and dispense, and it will become liquid again when heated.
