    The HPE Foundation Care Exchange Service is a comprehensive extended service package with a one-year term, providing dependable support for the ARUBA AP-635 access point. It aims to increase the availability of your IT infrastructure by combining remote hardware and software support with a fast exchange service.

    Under the exchange service, a replacement unit is shipped from a service centre within business days. Replacement products are either new or deliver performance equivalent to new. HPE covers the shipping costs.

    The service includes remote diagnostics, telephone support, access to the online knowledge base and updates to new software versions. Support during business hours (9x5) enables quick troubleshooting and efficient problem resolution. It suits devices that are easy to ship and whose data can be restored simply from a backup. It is a cost-effective alternative to on-site support.
