    NUTRINO LAB’s Veeeerry Gut instant oatmeal combines wholegrain oats with freeze-dried raspberries and strawberries, plus ground flaxseed. Date powder adds natural sweetness, while added inulin makes the meal a source of dietary fibre. The recipe contains no added sugar and is fully vegan.

    The oatmeal is enriched with vitamins and minerals, including iron and zinc, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system. To prepare, simply pour hot water over it and leave it for 3 minutes. It is then ready to eat, with no lengthy preparation required.
