One of the new products of the European brand Nous is the Nous B3Z smart relay with two circuits, consumption meter, equipped with a Tuya Zigbee chip, which is 2 independent circuits (e.g. two circuits of a chandelier or two lamps) installed behind the light switch assembly to control and measure their consumption too. It is not suitable for controlling shutters or other motors.

The Nous B3Z relay module has a Tuya Zigbee chip, for remote control it needs to be connected to a Tuya Zigbee gateway using the Tuya / SmartLife smartphone APP.

The Nous B3Z Tuya ZIgbee smart switch module is a 2-circuit smart relay module with a built-in consumption meter function. it also supports 100-240V AC or 24-30V DC power supply, and can be connected to Nous's own Zigbee adapter or other standard Tuya Zigbee gateway using the built-in Tuya Zigbee chip.

Nous's own Nous APP is also suitable for phone control of the device, but it can be used with the Tuya app, in which case, according to experience, more functions are available.

Thanks to its small size, it also fits in normal-depth wall sockets, behind traditional light switches and connectors, which it can not only control, but also measure their consumption. It has 1-1 input for light switches for both circuits, so the smart wall switches can still be used as before.

Nous B3Z is a relay module for the Tuya smart home system, it basically works in cloud mode. However, in the case of Tuya Zigbee gateways that work without an Internet connection and can cache and run the automations locally, the automations can also work without an Internet connection.

When connected to a Tuya Zigbee gateway, it also supports Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and (for iOS phones) Siri voice control.
