    Nordvital Keep Calm is a herbal tea blend in a 90 g pack, made from lemon balm, rosehip, lavender and hawthorn flowering tips. It is sold as a food supplement intended to support relaxation and is made from dried herbs that are simple to brew.

    To prepare, steep two teaspoons of the blend in 2.5 dl of boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes. The manufacturer recommends two to three cups a day, taken as a course for at least six weeks.

    The product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are sensitive to any of the ingredients, take regular medication or require long-term treatment, consult your doctor or pharmacist before drinking it. The tea does not replace necessary medical treatment.
