Welcome's facial recognition technology is a breakthrough in the smart home camera market. Welcome registers people by name and notifies the user when a foreign face appears. The camera learns to identify each member of the family.
With the help of Wecome, users will know immediately who will be home when. When children get home from school, parents receive smart notifications to inform them: «Lily is home». The camera also reassures people caring for their elderly parents.
Welcome was born with the greatest respect for privacy. Welcome provides security even without supervision.
Privacy settings are truly, fully customizable. For each family member, the user decides whether Welcome should send a notification or store the recordings. Parents are also able to respect children's individual privacy needs. Recorded videos and identification data remain completely private thanks to the camera's local SD card. These are not saved in the cloud. Without the SD card, the camera cannot collect any data. This local storage approach allows you to avoid additional fees or required subscriptions, so you can use the camera without having to consult others about the information stored on it.
In addition, the user can access the camera via a smartphone via a bank-level encrypted connection, which guarantees the highest level of protection.

Sirens
Siren is easy to install and you can mount it in two ways: fixed or screwed to the wall or ceiling.
Simply download the Netatmo Security App and enter the customer's Wi-Fi password. No IT skills are required.
The siren can be wired or battery powered. 4 AA batteries (with a lifespan of 2 years) are already installed in the product.
With Netatmo's smart indoor camera and Siren, it offers its customers a complete security system that better protects your home.
If Netatmo's smart indoor camera detects an unknown face while customers are away from home,
the Siren immediately emits a loud 110 dB alarm to deter the intruder. You will receive an alarm and a video of the intruder on your smartphone.
The smart indoor siren only works with the separately purchased Netatmo smart indoor camera.
It must be installed indoors, in the same room as the camera. Maximum of 1 siren per camera.
