    Netamin Organic Zinc 20 mg tablets contain zinc bound in an organic form, specifically zinc citrate. Zinc is an essential trace element that the body needs only in small amounts but relies on for many vital functions. Each tablet provides 20 mg of zinc, which corresponds to 200% of the daily Nutrient Reference Value for adults.

    According to health claims scientifically substantiated by EFSA and authorised by the European Commission, zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, helps protect cells against oxidative stress, and supports the maintenance of normal hair, skin, nails, bones and vision, as well as normal cognitive function.

    The pack contains 60 tablets, a two-month supply. Adults are advised to take one tablet daily with plenty of water.
