The easy-to-use, rechargeable Nedis SmartLife outdoor IP camera is extremely flexible thanks to its waterproof housing (IP65). Thanks to the rechargeable battery, there is no need to have a power outlet nearby. The camera simply connects to your existing Wi-Fi network, so you can monitor your house or garden and record any sound or movement, whether you're at home or on the go. The Nedis SmartLife application notifies you in case of movement, so you can intervene in time.

Battery operation
After uploading the camera, you can use it as a security camera or monitor your property. Depending on the number of recordings, you can use it for a few months on a single charge. With an average of 10 events recorded per day, the battery lasts for 3 months. This can be affected by temperature.

Full HD resolution
The app lets you keep an eye on everything and react to what you see in real time. Thanks to the micro SD slot, you can store the recordings on a micro SD card of up to 128 GB (not included). Recording in Full HD resolution (1920x1080 pixels) ensures maximum clarity of captured images. In addition, in our application, it is also possible to save the video material via a cloud-based solution.

Reacts to movements
The camera detects movement, so when someone passes through the Wi-Fi camera's field of view, it reacts. It automatically records on demand and also sends an instant notification to your smartphone. As notifications appear as pop-up messages on your smartphone, you don't even need to open the app - you'll be notified instantly and can react very quickly.
The sensitivity of the PIR sensor is programmable. That way it won't trigger a false alarm.

Two-way communication
The Wi-Fi camera also has a microphone and speaker. Two-way voice communication is perfect for talking to the person at your door. So you can talk to him even if you are not at home. The camera has a 130° wide-angle lens. This provides a very large observation range. This way, you can see the postman not only when he is already in front of the door, but also when he walks to the door - depending on the placement of the camera.

Easy to set up
The Wi-Fi camera is easy to set up without a gateway and can be integrated directly into your wireless network – simplifying deployment and saving you additional costs. The camera is powered by a rechargeable battery, and can also be charged with a separately purchased solar cell. Therefore, you can place the Wi-Fi camera anywhere, even if there is no network outlet nearby. The camera can be attached to the wall of the house using the attached camera holder.
