Ingredients: plantain seed husk
It is recommended to consume:
- in case of digestive problems (constipation, diarrhea, bloating).
- for use as a cure for cleaning the digestive system
Suggested use: Add 1 tablespoon of plantain peel to 1 glass (min. 2dl) of water - it can be juice or tea - stir quickly, then consume immediately. Adequate fluid intake during the day (at least 2 liters), preferably in the form of clean water, is important!
