Product description
Finely ground grape seeds can be included in the Paleolithic diet in the same way as grape seed flour, the omega6 content is reduced during the special process. During its preparation, the oil is cold-pressed from the grape seed without chemicals, and this defatted grape seed is ground into flour with a fine texture. Fine flour differs from flour in that it is ground into an even finer granular flour.
Harmful stimuli and substances that affect us every day - such as polluted water and air -, pollen, stress or preservatives produce free radicals in the body, thus damaging our healthy cells. The antioxidant components of polyphenols, which are found in large proportions in grape seed extract, contribute to the prevention of oxidative processes.
The fine powder made from red grape seeds contains approximately 2,000 types of antioxidants and polyphenols. Average total polyphenol content is 2500 mg/100 g. The polyphenols in it are almost 100% absorbed in our body thanks to the micro-grinding process. With this process, the surface of a spread grape seed would be about half a square meter, and this enables a high percentage of polyphenols to be absorbed.
Rutin, kaempferol, quercetin, resveratrol, catechin, apicatechin, anthocyanids, P1, P2, B1, B2, and B3 are among its best-known ingredients.
The grind has a powder texture and tastes like fresh grape seeds. A little bitter, but not sour, the taste was not fermented.
