NATURA SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE The concentrate that can be extracted from soybeans, or the even richer protein-containing isolate, gains importance in the food chain primarily where there is increased physical stress, or e.g. it is expected that the breakdown of muscle tissue would begin due to vigorous sports activity. To prevent this, soy isolate containing an average of 93 percent protein can also be consumed. It can be mixed into any drink, food, muesli, etc. It can be flavored with honey, jam, fruit juices, etc.
