NATURA ROASTED SUNFLOWER Roasting the seeds creates particularly delicious flavors, which is why it has been customary since ancient times, and further processing is also beneficially assisted by roasting. The natural fatty acid content of the seeds decreases slightly as a result of roasting, but this does not represent a significant quality problem, and even makes it easier for those with gallstones to consume such seeds.
