    NATURA WHEAT GERM The germ is the "embryo" of wheat, the part of the grain of wheat from which the new plant develops. It is separated during grinding into flour. Although it forms only a small part of the seed, it has a high nutritional value. For the sake of the germ, the nutrients of the flour body are collected, and the seven-layered shell of the grain is formed to protect it.
    The sprout contains many special proteins, oils and vitamins dissolved in it.
    It is eaten on its own or used together with flour to thicken soups and stews.
