Natur Tanya Saw Palmetto Oil is a food supplement in the form of 60 soft gelatin capsules. Rather than a powder or extract of the saw palmetto berries, the contents are a standardised oil obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction, which preserves the active compounds of the berries. The formula also includes BioPerine® black pepper extract, which the manufacturer says supports the effectiveness of the other botanical ingredients.

A naturally sourced mixed tocopherol complex containing alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocopherol, together with MCT oil, is used as an antioxidant to help prevent rancidity. The capsules contain no artificial colourings, preservatives or flavourings.

One capsule per day is enough for about two months. The manufacturer particularly recommends the product for men over 45. It is a dietary supplement, not a medicine.
