FLAVOR COFFEE is made from chicory. chicory is one of our oldest and most valuable vegetable plants.
It is a key player in modern nutrition and expands the selection of fresh vegetables in winter. Thanks to its fiber content, it helps digestion. It contains mineral salt, calcium, potassium, phosphorus and lime. It contains almost as much vitamin A as carrots, the vitamin C content is insignificant. Its root contains milky juice and 15% inulin, the latter of which gives chicory coffee its bitter taste. In addition to the root, the leaves also contain milky sap. Chicory root is used for the production of substitute coffee and inulin.
