Sleek and ergonomically designed in black, the Moza AirCross 2 supports cameras up to 7kg, including models such as the Blackmagic Pocket 4K and cameras with built-in grips. It comes with an accompanying iOS/Android smartphone app that offers a number of creative features, including an AI calculation function that automatically adjusts the gimbal axis by selecting optimal parameters based on the camera load. The AirCross 2 is designed to keep the camera mounted closer to the tilt motor, which provides more stability for most cameras, and the camera orientation can be switched between portrait and landscape modes using the dedicated included bracket. The gimbal also has an inclined motor arm so that the camera's LCD display is clearly visible during operation.

The AirCross 2 has manual locking on all axes, making it easy to balance the camera. You can unlock one axle, balance it, then unlock the next and so on. Once this is done, a balance check function confirms on the gimbal's OLED screen whether each axis is balanced or which axis needs to be adjusted and in which direction. This 3-latch mounting system also allows you to lock all axles during transport, so the axles stay firmly in place. This gimbal has several advanced shooting modes, including multiple tracking modes, time-lapse recording, Sports Gear mode, and Inception mode, which rotates the gimbal in place.

The AirCross 2 is built with the Moza Spark Power Supply System 2.0, which consists of a battery with its own USB charging port. The battery can be removed and connected separately directly to a USB charger, which is not included. This battery provides up to 12 hours of operation.

The gimbal controls include a customizable smart wheel, dial wheel and smart trigger that provide direct control over selected camera functions, while the OLED screen intuitively displays gimbal status and camera parameters. The bottom of the gimbal has a 1/4"-20 and a 3/8"-16 threaded mounting hole for attaching a mini tripod, extension handle, or other accessory.
