The bumper does not need to be drilled to install the reversing strip, as in the case of traditional ultrasonic reversing radars, so the paintwork is not damaged and it can be easily installed even in a home environment.
The technology is based on the principle of electromagnetism: The electromagnetic field is the effect field created by electric and magnetic fields, filling the entirety of space,
which is formed behind the car as a result of the open vibration circuit, similar to the extendable antenna of traditional radios.
If any object is placed in this field, the indoor unit of the reversing belt signals the approach of the object with loud beeps and beeps, and that we should not push further.
The reversing tape has a strong self-adhesive layer that does not dissolve even under heat, it is necessary to glue it to the inner side of the bumper and then connect the control unit to it.
The energy supply is provided by the reversing light bulb, so the sensor is only activated when reversing. If you are unsure about the installation, please have the installation done by a specialist!

Installation:

If you feel it is necessary for better accessibility, remove the bumper.
Clean and degrease the inside of the bumper
Try the reversing tape in the box without gluing it, then cut it to the desired size! In order to prevent the formation of dead spaces, you can even turn the tape around the side of the bumper if it is long enough.
Stick the tape on a flat surface, make sure it's not wrinkled, it's straight! If you have a car with a towbar, you should place the tape higher so that the towbar does not get caught in the magnetic field, because it can cause a false alarm.
ATTENTION! The tape can be removed after sticking, but cannot be stuck on again!
Connect the control unit to the connector of the tape and place it in a water-free place. Make sure the unit is powered by the reverse light bulb. Make sure the connectors are properly insulated!
Place the speaker in the desired location (under the back seat, in the trunk), you can fix it with the included double-sided adhesive tape.
Put the car in reverse and ask for help with the test.
