To switch to the on-board camera, it is enough to select the "camera" item in the main menu or on the map screen. The MiVue Drive 65 has a high-quality, wide-angle (140°) glass lens and an F1.8 aperture. When you press the camera button, a small opening in the lens allows light to reach the image sensor. The size of this opening is called the 'aperture'. F-numbers represent fractions, meaning the smaller the value, the larger the aperture – and the better the video quality (because more light is allowed in).

Last but not least, the intelligent device with highly innovative integrated advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) assists driving with the following safety features: Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS) and Forward Collision Warning System (FCWS). These two functions make the device very valuable from a safety point of view, since LDWS gives a warning if the car starts to leave the lane and thus helps to prevent a possible frontal collision.
