Michael J. Sullivan - Riyria-krónikák collection 1: Kardtolvajok

Royce Melborn is a master thief, and his partner, the swordsman Hadrian Blackwater, is a first-rate fighter. The two make up the Riyria, a notorious duo of special services hired by wealthy nobles when all other options have been exhausted.
One day, however, they are ensnared and accused of no less a crime than murdering the king. As they await their execution in the dungeon, they receive an irresistible offer, which is their only chance to escape. Soon, they become involved in a large-scale conspiracy that goes well beyond a single small kingdom, because their new task will not only change their fate forever, but will shake the entire empire to its foundations.

This volume contains the first two books of the Riyria Chronicles, a highly successful fantasy series in Hungary: Ushers in Thrones and Avempartha - Tower of the Elves.
