The MERACH MR-2494B1 is a foldable reformer training bench for home use, combining several workout tools in one unit. It features a Pilates board, an ab roller, push-up handles, a balance platform, a plank board and resistance band training. Two assembly configurations let you target the core as well as work the full body.

The built-in resistance system uses a band with a pull of about 6.8 kg, which assists flexion exercises. This makes it easier to maintain proper form, improves control over the movement and reduces joint strain. Ergonomic handles and a soft EVA foam knee pad add comfort during longer sessions.
