The game takes place on the banks of the Mississippi in the 19th century. Workers must be organized to harvest the produce and transport the goods to New Orleans. The game lasts for four rounds, and at the beginning of each round players draw task cards until they run out. The player who chose the first task plays first.

In the first phase, players place their workers on the fields and each player receives the same number of field tiles. In the second phase, players arrange their crops, trying to group similar types. Two or three workers are needed in the fields. In the third part, players harvest the crops and load the ships. In the fourth phase, ships are launched and players can perform special actions. In the fifth part, they can get additional victory points.
