      The Makita GA038GZ is a cordless angle grinder from the XGT 40V system, with a 230 mm disc diameter and M14 spindle thread. Its brushless motor delivers strong performance and a long service life. No-load speed reaches 6,600 rpm. The tool is supplied without battery and charger.

      Safety features include motor brake, soft start and overload protection. Xtreme Protect Technology (XPT) provides protection against dust and splashing water to IP56. The side handle can be fitted on either side, and the lower safety switch helps ensure controlled operation.

      The XGT system uses digital communication between the tool, battery and charger to optimise power output and extend battery runtime. The package includes a guard, 42B clamping flange, 14-45 lock nut and hook wrench.
