Product description

MAKERA cyclone dust extractor

The MAKERA cyclone dust extractor is an advanced dust extraction system specially designed for CNC milling machines, which allows you to keep the workstation clean without interrupting the work process. It uses a two-stage extraction system based on cyclone separation and multi-stage filtration, which effectively removes both large chips and fine dust during the machining process. The 200 W motor and the speed of up to 40,000 rpm ensure high performance, while the maximum air flow of 900 l/min and the vacuum pressure of 12 kPa guarantee effective dust extraction even in intensive operation.

Cyclone separation

The cyclone system captures up to 97% of larger chips before they reach the filters, significantly reducing the risk of clogging. This solution increases the life of the filters by up to three times and enables long-term, uninterrupted operation without the need for frequent maintenance. This is especially important for more demanding CNC projects, where continuous operation and stable performance are essential.

3-stage filtration for clean air

The equipment uses a three-stage filter system consisting of a pre-filter, a 99.99% efficient HEPA filter and an activated carbon layer. This combination effectively captures fine dust, neutralizes smoke and eliminates unpleasant odors. As a result, the air in the workplace remains clean, which means greater comfort and safety, especially during prolonged use.

Quiet operation and compact design

Despite its high performance, the MAKERA Cyclone vacuum cleaner operates relatively quietly - the maximum noise level is 70 dB, which allows comfortable use at home, in the office or in the workshop. Due to its compact dimensions of 300 x 218 x 354 mm, the device can easily fit next to a milling machine without taking up valuable work space. The combination of the solid structure made of aluminum alloy and plastic and the efficient cooling system enables continuous operation for hours without the risk of overheating.

Intelligent control adapted to your work

The vacuum cleaner offers several control modes with which you can adapt its operation to your needs. You can operate it manually with a button, remotely via the Makera Controller app (Wi-Fi), or fully automatically - thanks to G-code integration, the device synchronizes with the operation of the milling machine and activates exactly when needed. In addition, the system provides intelligent notifications about the operating status, making it easier to monitor the device.

Versatile applications

The MAKERA Cyclone dust extractor is designed for desktop CNC milling machines and is excellent for processing wood, metal, plastic and composite materials. It can also be used as an air purifier during laser engraving, which further increases its functionality and makes it a practical addition to your workspace.
